This was a commissioned art by a Brazilian psychiatrist (@danielrufato). It brings up the fact that sometimes, bad behavior or difficulty to pay attention isn't equal ADHD. Sometimes other kinds of problems can show those same symptoms, as Autism for an exemple. So it is important to carefully understand your patient.
